Head of Property Management for Squarebizz, Mário Klas, started the year with the following words: “In May/June 2021, I was not yet part of this project, my “Squarebizz mission” started in March of last year, but I had been aware of this project for a relatively long time before and liked it very much.”

Let's go back to the beginning of Squarebizz (May/June 2021) when construction was just starting, what are you most proud of during that construction period?
At the turn of May and June 2021, I was not yet part of this project. My “Squarebizz mission” started in March of last year, but I've been aware of this project for a relatively long time before that and really liked it.
The very idea and quality of this project was one of the motivations why I connected my professional career with this particular developer (Karimpol International Slovakia).
What am I most proud of? The progress, quality, occupancy rate, method and style of communication, basically Squarebizz itself.

Tell us one or two interesting things that an ordinary person outside of Squarebizz can smile about. 
To make people smile or to please them only “GREEN” comes to mind – not just a logo or a pro-forma declaration, but really: the design concept, the roofs, surroundings, lawns, trees...
Now it's January, so you can't see it that much, but we're looking forward to spring, when the greenery will appear. We will also have park benches for visitors.

What makes you smile and happy at the same time?  
The rate at which work is progressing. That we are getting close to finishing and handing over the second phase of the project and that all the “construction clutter” that is difficult to eliminate will soon disappear. Construction machinery and noise.
Currently, we are also very dedicated to design issues, the navigation system, marking, lighting, branding, etc.
Everything should be nice, purposeful and practical so that our tenants and their customers feel good with us.
We are moving and it shows

How would you rate 2022 for the world of Squarebizz? And what would you wish for your clients, their clients and all the people reading this post? 
If I look back a little, I perceive 2022 from Squarebizz's point of view as ground-breaking, exceptional, progressive, stimulating, a bit hectic, but certainly interesting. Quite enough for one year, right?
I wish my clients and all of us to have a lot of hope, faith and a lot of strength for the new year.
