INIPEX s.r.o. entered the market as a manufacturer of disposable ecological paper straws intended for beverages. We are ready to supply the world market with high quality biodegradable and compostable paper straws at a competitive price. We meet the needs of our customers through modern technology, in the shortest possible time with an emphasis on the quality of our products.

Why did you select the Squarebizz project?
We perceive the Squarebizz project as a strategic place for our operations due to its lucrative location and the high standard of the premises offered. In this case, we dare to say that the quality of the manufactured product will be complemented by the quality of the production space.

What did your decision-making process involve?
We had to resolve a larger number of requirements because the nature of our production activities is quite specific. The key factor in the decision was the interest on the part of the developer of the Squarebizz project to meet our requirements to a sufficient extent. The above-standard fit-out of the offered premises and the location of this project had a fundamental influence on our decision when choosing.

To what extent will you use the retail, warehousing and exhibition spaces?
In our case, it will be production-warehousing premises, supplemented by an administrative part for our internal employees.

What do you expect from the new premises?
We expect the high standard of premises offered by the developer to be associated with the overall quality of construction, fit-out and surroundings of the SQUAREBIZZ project.
